It depends on context, the meaning changes but generally, we say “ خدا قوت” to somebody like a worker who worked a lot with his hands or physical activities
And we say “خسته نباشید” to teachers, advisors, coworkers, chiefs or ... after they finish their activities So those Farsi expressions used at the end of a work The equivalent of these terms in English: Good show Way to go Take it easy, now Take a load off Have a rest Great job Take a break You must be tired
